Services |

Most
enrollments for plans serviced by Benefit Services Group
are conducted by the financial representative for the plan
sponsor. Benefit Services Group Inc. personnel are available
for group meetings via special arrangement. |

and retirement planning on
a fee basis through an affiliated enrollment company. |
